With the release of 'D'ya Wanna Go Faster' tomorrow, the Spoilt Bratz Home Page has had a visit from what looks like Barbie's stylist!!. The lovelly new theme is hopefully going to continue into the release of the new album. That is only if the band keep the same style (i have a feeling they might)!!
Taa Daa... D'Ya Wanna Go Faster? is available in a record shop near you NEXT MONDAY the 15th of January. It is available on two CD's and a record I beleive!! The 5th of February is also an important date. 'Good To Go' the new album on a new spangling label is on general release. This CD has 11 tracks. My Prediction is... It will be a straight album with no secret track. The track listing is as follows...
D'ya Wanna Go Faster?, Come Home Beanie, Friends And Family, Sometimes I'd Like To Kill Her, Alone, Fists Of Fury,
Unhappy Millionaire, Day's Like These, From Out Of Nothing, Subway, Goldmine Jamjar.

There you go then!! Just a couple of them gig's eh??!!??
As the Spoilt Bratz Home Page gets bigger almost every day, information is a
little harder to find. I have been testing a clever piece of javascript which
should solve a few problems. I asked Terrorvision to come round my house and cut
a piece of ribbon which was drapped across my monitor, but they declined. Anyway
with out further a do. I bring you... the SBHP search
page!!!!! Please read the instructions. There is also a button to your left,
nah a bit further.
TOP
Well breeze went off with a big muddy Terrorvision swing. I came to the conclusion by the end that the clean people were the people that didn't enjoy the gig!!! However I do think the set was a little strange for a festival set. Too many new ones for the 'free' festival goers I think. Newies like 'Alone', 'Sometimes I like to Kill Her', 'Do you wanna go faster?', 'Fist of Fury?', 'Non Stop 24 Hours' and a couple others that have now escaped me (help me) All the usuals were in the 1h 30m set. they also played 'Friends and Family', and Tony pointed out it was the same place that they first played it (Leeds / Reading) in his back garden!!!!
I got to meet Mark again. In fact he said "you again, your always around. Nah we apreciate it mate!" which is nice!!!
Terrorvision confirmed today in Kerrang! that they have infact signed a new deal with Papillion Records. They will be going into the recording studio this summer and the new un-named album should be out early in the new year. This album will have about 12 new 'toons' on it!
Songs likely to make the album include "Sometimes I'd Like To Kill Her", "Do You Wanna GO Faster?", "non-stop 24 Hours", "Fists Of Fury", "Spoiling Everything", "Unhappy Millionaire", "Gold Mine Jam Jar", "No Questions", "Postcard From Hell" and "Like Frank". So there yo go then!!
I have found these on the TerrorWorld website!!
Fri 26th May - LIVERPOOL Lomax
Sat 27th May - NEWCASTLE (BBC Music Live - free concert at the Big Market)
Mon 29th May - MIDDLESBOROUGH (BBC Music Live - free concert in Central Gardens)
Fri 30th June -COVENTRY Coliseum (contact them to find out about tickets)
Fri 16th June - GUERNSEY (Channel Isles)
Sat 10th June - SHEFFIELD (Music in the Sun festival)
Sat 1st July - WREXHAM (Central Station)
Sun 2nd July - LEEDS Breeze Festival (Free concert - tickets must be obtained, details to follow)
Fri 28th July - GUILDFORD Festival
Sat 5th August - Sibton Park, Suffolk
Right. On the Cyber section of TerrorWorld Tony has told everyone that a Breeze could be heading Bradford way!?!!$!£? OK basically, Terrorvision might be headlining this FREE festival run by Leeds City Council!!! Everything as usual has to be confirmed!!!! Oh it is on the 1st of July. Last year I had 12 tickets to myself, don't know why I am telling you this!
TOPI have been at the Duchess all afternoon, watching the set up and Tony
walking about with his digital camera (for the slightly live web cast thingy).
The news is... there is no support band and therefore 150 people this evening
will get about 2 and a bit hours of live TV!!! I am just about to leave and go
back now!!!!! It promises to be a storm! One thing which amazed me. Every single
member of the Duchess staff is working tonight. Most of which are not being
paid!! It's the only way they could get to see this one off, as tickets sold
instantly!!!
Duchess Part 2!!!
Well I have just returned from the Duchess which was dripping with Terrorvision
from every pore! I have never seen the Duchess produce THAT MUCH condensation
from the ceiling!!!! Unfortunately, the Spoilt Bratz Home Page attempt at
getting them to play Tea Dance failed. Leigh said to me while on stage,
"nah sorry mate"! Well what else can I tell you. Friends and Family
was great. A new song 'Sometimes I want to Kill Her!' and a five cover???? Tony
- "Normally we are four, but tonight. We are FIVE!!!!" Worked quite
well with Marks guitar riffs over the top!!!!!! It was 'Keep on Moving' if
anyone wants to know!! Oh nicked this from TerrorWorld Setlist
Pic. I never though five could sound good!!! Oh the set lasted a little
under two hours. Unfortunately, the special edition last gig at the Duchess
T-Shirts sold out. Even though I had been there for about.... ten hours, the
woman wouldn't give me hers!! I got a nice www.com t-shirt tho, so that OK then!
Terrorvision have announced one more gig this month. They are playing the Duchess of York pub in Leeds. If anyone of you knows the Duchess, this place has spawned a lot of bands over the years. Terrorvision played here in the formaldehyde period. Other bands include The Stereophonics, Feeder and Oasis (who played to the barman and about 2 other people)!!! Terrorvision will play on the 23rd of March as the Duchess is to close on the 26th of March. The Duchess has been a Mecca for music lovers for many years, offering live music most nights. Terrorvision revisit their roots!
TOPTerrorvision kick off the new year with a few dates in early March. The dates
are as follows:-
Thursday 9th March - Blackwood Miners Institution
Friday 10th March - St. Austell Waterfront
Saturday 11th March - Bath University
Tony will also be showing off his face on the box again in a week or so. Channel
4 - February 19th 9.30pm. He will be quizzed on his vast, vast knowledge of
American Rock Bands mainly in the 80's!!
Oh one other thing. Suzi of the newly named Thrive web page, could you email
me with you new URL. I am afraid I lost it!
THIS PAGE IS ALSO OFFICIALLY THE MOST UP-TO-DATE TERRORVISION PAGE ON THE
NET!!!!!
I have heard through the grape vine that some band have released a cover of tequila!! It makes a change really from Terrorvision doing covers! The best thing about it however is Terrorvision will get about 30% of the CD without doing anyhting. Its about time somthing like this happend! You never know, Mark might afford a new car!
TOPLast Wednesday Tony was the mistery celebrity on Channel 4's Priory program. Viewers got a nice tour round his house and a good luck at his infamous car, well truck!! For those of you that don't know what he drives, it can only be discribed as "a big old Army abulance"!!!! I tired lots of times to get through but by the time i did, somone had already won the prize. Just up the road actually, some lad in Silsden!
TOPYeah, well it's kinda true. The Company that run the Terrorvision Website are
giving away free internet access to anyone who wants it. There is a small link
at the bottom left of the Official
Terrorvision Website!!! I managed to get the user name: Terrorvision aswell
so I wouldn't bother trying that one!!! you get and email address anything@username.terrorvision.net
and a website (but i am not sure of address yet)!!!!
On another note, Some guy on Channel 4 news just said "Whales and Dolphins,
Whales and Dolphins, hmmm" not quite the same, but almost!!!!
I am a little bit behind with this but i only just got my ftp server working
again! In last weeks Kerrang! they quoted an exclusive interview with Mr. Tony
Wright about the new album and the 'Best of' CD. Pitty that I had already said
all of this and made it public for free a month before they did! The only
difference was, that Tony told all the Kerrang! readers to make their own 'Best
Of' using a C90
Anyway it backs up what I had in my interview! They also confirm that 'Days like
These', 'Friends and Family', 'The Year One' and 'Spoiling Everything' will be
apearing on the new album. I have heard all of these and they are all fantastic
so the new album should be a belta!
Well I spent quite a lot of time with Tony and Leigh last Thursday. Here are
the best bits:
Terrorvision Havent bothered with EMI since the release of Shaving Peahces.
They have done some underwater photography for the cover of Whales and Dolphins.
They have 12 or 13 tracks for the new album, but still havent agreed on a record
deal.
If you want to read the whole thing, click here
Well those wonderful people at EMI have messed up with our lads from Bradford yet again. The Best Of album has been put back untill the new year. Sorry, not all news can be good!
TOPTerrorvision confirmed a gig last week at the University in Bradford on the 14th of October. Leeds99 was meant to be Terrorvisions last gig of the year. However as the guy from Bradford Uni says, TV love playing home gigs, so this is a once off, exclusive gig. Tickets went on sale last Monday (13/9/99) but I had to make sure i got some didn't i???
TOPIt has been reported today that the 'Best Of' CD will be called "Whales
and Dolphins - The Best Of Terrorvision". This is only the provisional name
and I also have a provisional release date. 18th October 1999.
On another matter:- Melody Maker managed to indirectly mention myself and my
friends. Have a look for the Leeds99 camping cry's of Thunder Cats! It was a
strange drunken conversation but i remember enough to know we started it!
Well what a festival, what a weekend, what a set! Terrorvision managed to
rock 50,000 men women and children at the Leeds99 festival yesterday. The whole
weekend came to a head with some of the best rock (and not so rock) bands in the
world.
The set consisted of many of the great Terrorvision tracks and a nice new
festival song. 'Party over here' went on in the camp site untill 6:30 the next
morning! Well it made a change to the b*£$$&*s game of the previous two
nights! Anyway, I think ya get me point that it was a great weekend and
Terrorvision ROCKED!
Well after a long period of no news, the spoilt bratz home page brings you
loads of the stuff! We all know about the 'Best of' CD, but did you know about a
'B sides' cd? Or a new single?
The 'Best Of' will contain all the singles plus that brand new single. The B CD
will contain a re worked 'Tom Petty Loves Veruca Salts' and a demo of 'Risk
Worth Taking', and possibly a CD-ROM of somthing but this is not confirmed.
As for the new album under the new lable, no lable has been decided on yet but
the lads are working hard on new tracks. As I have already told you this will be
released earlyish 2000. Leeds will be the last gig of this year as well. But
nevermind cos I will be there!!!
Last but probably not least, Tequila has got the Bradford Boys their 4th Kerrang!
award for best single. Tony said "We've got to thank The Offspring for
taking a back seat to us this time, it's shit-hot. It's good to see that people
are chilled out enough to vote for something that doesn't have to be stuffed in
a category. Our next hit 'Vodka' should be out by next summer."
A big sorry to anyone who has tried to have a look at this page in the last few days. Unfortunately all the pictures were lost on this page. This is though no fault of my own. I have however started sorting this out but this will also take a couple of days. Please don't run off! Remember to fill out the form on my home page so you can ask Terrorvision a question! Catch ya's all l8r and sorry again!
TOPWell there is nothing really to report at the moment. I have just come back from a lovelly holiday in cornwall and hoped there would be some news by the time I got back. The coompilation CD is still gonna come out in Sept and hopefully a new album (under Total Vegas) in the new year. Untill Leeds99 and Reading I wont have anything to say I don't think, but keep checking this page as you never know what information might come out of the woodwork!
TOPIt has been reported in today's Kerrang! that Nick Oliveri was arrested before the visions set after an exchange of fists between the two bands. They used the same dressing room but the Queens of the stone age didnt leave when they were ment to. So our Bradford lads carefully put the queens gear on the grass. Unfortunately, the queens didn't see this as a friendly action. I'll leave the rest to you! If you do the crime...
TOPWell there were ups and there were downs, but Metallica's Big Day Out was
fantastic. Obviously Terrorvision were the highlight but they weren't the only
fantastic band on the bill. Metallica had to do 5, yes 5 encores!!! The
Terrorvision set included (in no order) Alice, Middleman, Oblivion, Josephine,
Go Jerry, Discotheque Wreck, Pretend Best Friend. As usual, Tony got the crowed
going. It was amazing to see 50,000 goths and hard core metlers dop woping! The
weather was perfect, the whole set up was great. A fantastic day was had by all
(except perhaps that guy who hit his head and i had to put in the recovery
position)!
The best on-stage comment did not come from the ever funny Terrorvision front
man. It came from Brian Molko, "Sorry we're late, I was having my c*ck
sucked by Marylin Manson."
The whole day was fantastic. Terrorvision managed to convert a lot of people, I
heard many prases being sung! Also I managed to catch up with Rob (well he hit
me on his way past actually, I didn't even see him!) and we had a chat about him
leaving. He is still going (sept) but i told him it wouldn't be the same! Oh,
hope u got rid of the hang over mate!
I am afriad it is quite a sad day today in Terrorworld. Rob, the fan club
rep, has decided to leave his job in search of women and a good time. He assures
us that he will still be around in the future, at gigs and stuff. Rob has been a
god send for 'The Spoilt Bratz Home Page' as he always sends me info when there
is something to say. Rob, you will be missed by all northern scum members. You
are a top bloke!
On another note, Northern Scum magazines no longer exist. Apparently most of the
members are on the net so all money will now be going on the web page and info
emails. The advise is keep hold of the old ones cos they will be worth money!
Finally, Leigh wrote a little note about the EMI split. I have seen this message
before but now all members have received it!
Kerrang report today how Terrorvision describe the split as "A new
Begining". Basically if they sign to another lable or if they carry on with
Total Vegas one thing is straight, this time Terrorvision are going to on thier
own terms.
It is now also public about a new album in the new year. 10 tracks have been
created at the moment but are in early stages. Two working titles are
"Greedy Kid" and "Following A Dustcart". There will also
play a warm up gig for Metallica's Big Day Out. Middlesbrough Arena is the
venue, July 8th.
On another note, I have had a few problems with the email address I use for this
page. Unfortunately a search engine I submitted to has sold my email address to
a lot of companies. 900 emails later I have decided to give up on it! Therefore
the new (well different) email address is terrorvision@ragemail.com.
Right well there has been little info going around about the band in the last week so I thought that I would tell you all about a few other things! Firstly Total Terrorvision has made me pick of the week, thanks a lot!!! I have added a little page about Leafeater which contains a little info and a pic! I have also made a page which shows pics of all the real rare stuff I have. It is in no way complete but there are a few things for you to druel over on it!
TOPRight well I read an email from leigh today sent to a fellow mailing list subscriber. This states that the news is official and the band could not be happier!!!! The best of CD will still be coming out and the band will still play all seduled gigs. However in early 2000 (or sooner) they will be bringing out what leigh says to be their best album ever!!!!!! Under a different label which will probably be Total Vegas! So bye bye EMI, you wont be missed!
TOPThis site has moved to the Freeuk server. Basically this gives me twice as
much space and no advertising banners!!!!! The tripod site will stay up as i
can't be bothered deleting it! However it will no longer be updated! The New URL
is www.spoilt-bratz.freeuk.com
So please update your bookmarks and jump over to the new page!!!!
See ya there!
Ps. Thanks to tripod for the three years of good service!
I have just been told by Rob of northern scum that the lads are indeed
planning a 'Best Of' CD to be released in September!!! This confirms rumers that
were floating about!
Cheers Again Rob!!
Terrorvision play the following student shindigs / festivals this Summer..... June 4th DeMontford University Ball 11th Soton University Ball 12th Soton Institute Ball 15th Aidan's College / Durham Uni Ball 23rd Surrey Institute Ball 26th Reading University Ball July 8th Middlesborough Arena 9th York University Ball 10th Metallica's Big Day Out 14th Rockwave Festival (tbc) August 29th Reading Festival 30th Leeds Festival Cheers Rob!TOP
III Wishes Mistery. III Wishes entered the UK chart today at 42. This is rather disapointing. So do we think that it could be partly because of the £2.99 scandle? Perhaps its because of the lack of support. If you are a member of the official maling list (join the list) did you get a postcard? Should Terrorvision have listened to us and the glycerine site when we said Babyface? What has gone wrong please e:mail me with your theories
TOPTerrorvision are to perform on the Pepsi chart on Tuesday the 11th of May
1999 at 7:30pm!!! All members of the fan club are on the guest list to get in
free but i can't go:-( See the Terrorvision
Web Site for details
Cheers again Rob
Terrorvision will also be featured on CDUK on Saturday 8th May! TOP

On another note, Its Marks birthday on the 4th of April. Happy Birthday Mark from all of us at the Spoilt Bratz web page! (well just me really, I am the only one here!)
TOPIf you went to the last tour then you will remember Leafeater. An unsigned band also from Bradford. Well they are doing it again on this tour! Plus Tony is to be on 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks' again on 2nd April on BBC 2!
TOPIII Wishes will be released on two CD's! The bsides include If That's What It Takes, Moonage Dream (David Bowie) and Risk Worth Taking??!!?? It is confirmed to be released on the 3rd May 1999!
TOPTerrorvision have been confirmed as of this morning to play the Big Day Out festival. The show is said to include naked women and decapitation! The lads will be headlining with support from such bands as Pitchifter, Monster Magnet, Queens of the Sone Age, and Mercyful Fate! One other band is to be confirmed.
TOPRob at TVHQ rang me today with the confirmed tour list an hour after this was confirmed by the tour company!

Terrorvision are confirmed as support on the European leg of the Robbie Williams tour!!
TOPI have just had an email from Rob at TVHQ who says that TV have not yet been confirmed for the Big Day Out. This is contrey to nme.com. The tour starts on the 13th of April and will last about 2 weeks. However the dates and venues are also TBC. Bad and good news I suppose!
TOPIt has been confirmed that III Wishes will be the bradford fours next single. The lads have surprised us again with this change in release as everyone thought it would be Babyface. The question on everyones lips tho is will Shaving Peaches have quite as many singles released as HTMFAIP? Only time tells!
TOPTerrorvision have just been confirmed to play the Big Day Out concert in Milton Keynes! They will play along side Metallica, Korn, Ash, Hole, Placebo, and Marilyn Manson. This is on July 10th! Tickets available here and cost £28.50 (subject to booking fee)!
TOPTerrorvision may be touring again in April. I have found that the lads will play Belfast 13th April and Dublin 14th. Then they will be moving to the main land! I will keep you all posted!
TOPI have been given this statment from Rob at TVHQ for all northern scum members
Dear Northern Scum subscriber,
Due to a number of factors relating to the completion of the official Terrorvision website, we must inform you of the following changes to the published Middleman and Vegas class membership details.
The website has been made 'open access' due to pressure from our record company and therefore does not use the proposed 'password' system as stated in the membership literature. However, we are currently creating a 'mailshot' system which will only be available to Middleman / Vegas class members which will contain the proposed 'exclusive' elements of the afore mentioned subscriptions. These 'exclusive' element mailshots' will contain audio, video, GIF images and priority news on appearances, programme passes, secret gigs etc. on a more frequent basis than that of the original system.
If you have already subscribed to either Middleman or Vegas class membership and are dissatisfied with the subscription alternative, then please feel free to contact us with your cheque details and we will arrange a refund. If you are happy with the subscription alternative then please e:mail us with your own e:mail address and personal details or membership number and we will transfer you onto the 'mailshot' system.
We must apologise for any inconvenience caused by these changes and hope that you can understand the difficulties in setting up a service of this nature. Once again, if you have any questions relating to the changes please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your time and co-operationMark has been reported to say "Noel Edmonds is a smarmy c**t!" He also said "We've sold out anyway with a f**king dance track - why stop there?!" Good news however, if the fat, pink, yellow spotted f**ker came anywhere near the lads they had all agreed to deck him! Mark also met Ester Rantzen. On this prestigious occasion Mark said "Do you realize Ester, old love, that your credibility has gone right out of the window?. She looked worried and her minder moved her away!
I have had unconfirmed reports that the band will be bringing out Babyface. Will this mean it will be their next single or is it planed to be released in the future? Only time or a word in Rob's shell like will tell!
During the first gig on the lads tour the fans were jumping soo high that the
floor collapsed! Also after the gig the stage started to give way as well! A big
sorry goes out to the Pitchifter fans who have now had there gig cancelled. JB's
remains closed for the foreseeable future!
TOP
A band Leafeater also from Bradford have been
confirmed as support one week before touring. This band is unsigned and our
running a signature campaign at all gigs to get support. EXTRA EXTRA… Leafeater
are very very good. A very much Green Day influence band. They need to be signed
so if you are going to any gigs sign their piece of paper!
TOP
